Ok, that was Chilly98656's cousin Lynn, what a nice person right? WRONG! Well on my blog I posted her Club Penguin info so feel free to get on her account and do anything you wish with it. Lynn has Chilly's laptop and she hacked into her blogger. This problem will be solved but in the mean time feel free to use her penguin in any way you want!
