Music Jam: How to make a successful band :D

Ok so you all know the Music Jam party is next week right? so you have some days to get your own band together ^-^ and I thought for some of you who never made a band before, you might want some tips from someone who's been in a band before. ^_^

~ Every good band needs a person to play the guitar and/or the drums, so you have to make sure one of your buddies or whoever is in your band that they they have the drumsticks or one of the guitars.

~ Sometimes someone might not have a certain instrument so there might have to be 2 ppl playing the same thing, (DONT ARGUE!) that will get you nowhere! just try to be cool with it.

~ Most bands prefer to have a singer, ^_^ yet again some people argue that all they do is play an instrument, well you can always have a duet! 2 ppl singing ^_^ and 2 ppl playing the guitar and drums etc.

~ Now it will just be silly if you sing like "la la la" that's not really a song! If you're the singer then you need to find a good CLEAN song that you AND your band will agree with! i won't post the songs I prefer to sing because i know not many ppl are fans of Miley Cyrus or Demi lovato etc.

~ Remember Practice makes perfect! You and your band should practice before the big music jam! My opinions on where it's the best to practice is you or one of your band members' igloos, or if there is nobody there the lighthouse! the lighthouse is basically like a concert! there's drums and a stage and everything!

~ Ok pretend the Music Jam is today! You and your band practiced for days ;) Now it's time to show it off! Pick the room and the music style you and your band want, get out your instruments...get your microphone and your song...and... ROCK OUT!! :D
