Woah I was on cp today and i was looking at the telescope thing at the Beacon and I saw rockhoppers ship getting closer :o but i didn't just see his plain ship, i saw his ship coming with loads of decorations for the Fall Fair :D
If you're wondering why Rockhopper's the one bringing the fall fair things, that's because he's basically the one that came up with the idea of the Fall Fair party ;)
